You might get to have your hands on the mobile counterpart of FPS shooter Valorant soon. Riot has heard the calls of mobile gamers around the globe and has already begun the development of Valorant Mobile.
According to reports, a close source within the Riot has claimed, that the development of the game is underway. Riot is also currently analyzing the market for the same.
Valorant mobile release date?
Many leaks have suggested that the release date of the game is expected somewhere around Mid-June. However, it is also interesting to note that E3 2021 is also scheduled to be held up around that period.
We may get to see the official launch during the E3, but cannot be sure as the event can be postponed or canceled due to the ongoing pandemic. If E3 2021 holds up, the launch of many much-awaited mobile titles like Apex Legends Mobile will be witnessed.
Moreover, the news regarding the launch of the game wasn’t new. Previously, some leaks concerning the Valorant Mobile settings came out as early as October 2020.
Coding for the Game spotted
Also, back in late 2020 mobile controls for the game showed up. Most likely, the controls that showed up in the video might be because of the player’s hybrid device. However, much later after the launch of Valorant for PC, strings of code regarding the Valorant Mobile were found.
The game files contained strings of code that reflect that the company was specifically testing touch controls in the game. This clearly concludes that the mobile variant of the game is under development and will be out soon.
Finally, It will be interesting to see how Riot plans on launching the game in the mobile gaming market. However, with competitors like PUBG mobile, CODM, and Garena Free Fire Riot has to face some stiff competition.
We hope you to be excited about the game, just as we are! Also, comment down your thoughts on the game. Happy Gaming!
