Step 1: After reading the treasure starting message, you’ll need to discover a way inside the structure. Turn right from the treasure note and descend to the stream. You can enter the dark tunnel adjacent to a ladder and then climb up several ladders to enter the building (alternatively, you can discover a grappling hook and then rappel down into the river; either option works).
Step 2: Thereafter, go upstairs to locate a switch and a notice once you’ve entered. The power is out because the pipes have become clogged, according to the note. Your task demands you to unclog them and restore the power.
