In the first five months of its launch, the PS5 has become the fastest-selling gaming console in the United States in both unit and dollar sales. Sony keeps improving its console with system updates, and the first major system update of PS5 came on April 14, in which It included a bunch of new features and enhancements to the user experience.
According to Mat Piscatella of the NPD Group, the PS5 has become the fastest-selling console in the United States in both unit and dollar sales.
He also said that the Nintendo Switch was the best-selling hardware platform in unit and dollar sales.
