Shiny Corsola is Making its Pokemon Go Debut

Niantic never fails to amaze their Pokemon Go players with their new launch of events. On 22 June 2021, a new unique Pikachu’s costume is coming in Pokemon Go, but only for Okinawa, Japan. Also, Shiny Corsola is making its Pokemon Go debut. This new special Pikachu is wearing an Okinawan kariyushi shirt. Only Okinawa players will be able to avail this new special Pikachu. 

However, Pokemon Go mentioned in their blog post,

this Pikachu will appear for over a year, so if you can travel and get the chance to visit Okinawa, you can try looking for one!” It means if you want to catch this special Pikachu, you have to fly to Okinawa, Japan.

There are many other ways to have this Special Pokemon in your Pokedex other than travel to Okinawa. You can trade this Pokemon with your Okinawa friends. This special Pikachu’s new costume is a part of the new Pokemon Air Adventures initiative. By launching this Pokemon Air Adventures, Niantic wants to create some good travel memories with their players.

“we’re looking to introduce more costumed Pokémon that are available only in certain regions of the world, so please keep an eye out for more news!”

So there will be more regional special costume Pokemons coming in Pokemon Go.

Shiny Corsola in Pokemon Go

Shiny Corsola is making its Pokemon Go debut. Again you can only find Corsola in the selected region of the world.

“There is no time limit planned for this appearance, so when you’re able to travel to a region where Corsola appears in the wild, you can venture out to search for a Shiny one!”

You can trade Shiny Corsola with your regional Pokemon Go friends. Niantic only focused this event for their Okinawa and regionals players. Till now only this much information is revealed by Niantic. So, stay tuned for more updates.
