Lol if the shiny rate for legendaries was 0.20% that would mean it’s a 1 in 500 chance. 1 in 500 is about the average chance for encountering a generic wild pokemon shiny. 1 in 20 chance is 5%. 1 divided by 20 is 0.05. 0.05 multiplied by 100 is 5%.
