Nothing, the company behind Phone (1), has declared that it would be giving non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to its community investors via airdrop. The NFT collection, also known as Nothing Community Dots, is the first stage in a partnership with carbon-neutral Ethereum scaling solution Polygon to act as a mobile user’s entrance to the Web 3 world. Members of the membership programme will have access to special benefits such as goods discounts, unique offline events, and more.
What is Polygon here?
Polygon is a sidechain two network that operates ahead of the Ethereum blockchain, providing rapid transactions and lower gas expenses. Polygon is widely recognised as the most stable blockchain network for NFT applications since it supports both high-frequency and low-value transactions.
Though Polygon has been utilised by firms in fashion, sportswear, and automobiles to launch NFTs, this is the first time an electronics brand would use the network to produce an NFT collection.
