What are the Memory Stones?
Memory Stone is a Key Item in Elden Ring. Key Items in Elden Ring include a wide variety of items found in various specific locations or given by related NPCs which are used to unlock areas, quests, and to further progress the game’s story. Memory Stone increases memory slots, your spell slot capacity. These will be allowing you to learn more Sorceries and Incantations.
They are even incredibly useful items for magic users and spellcasters in Elden Ring. Memory Stones are found at a very early stage of the game and they are only six (6) Memory stones for you to find. Most of the Memory Stones are rewards for solving optional puzzles in the open world. You can purchase the rest from specific vendors or you can even acquire them by defeating story-related bosses.
Locations of the Memory Stones in Elden Ring:
Memory Stone 1 in Elden Ring– (Enia the Finger Reader)
You can acquire the first Memory Stone by purchasing it from Enia the Finger Reader in the Roundtable Hold. You can find Enia after restoring Godrick’s Great Rune at the Divine Tower of Limgrave by defeating Godrick the Grafted. After defeating it, a locked door opens and you will find Enia behind the door. Enia can create boss weapons if you bring her their Remembrances, and she sells you the Memory Stone for 3000 Runes.
Memory Stone 2 in Elden Ring – (Red Wolf of Radagon)
You can obtain this one by defeating Red Wolf of Radagon. Red Wolf of Radagon is a main-story boss that you will encounter halfway through the Raya Lucaria Academy. Everyone will receive this Memory stone because you can’t avoid the boss during your Elden Ring journey. If you have taken down optional bosses like Glinstone Dragon Smarag, defeating Red Wolf of Radagon isn’t that tough.
Memory Stone 3 in Elden Ring– (Oridy’s Rise)
The third Memory Stone can be found in Oridy’s Rise. It is a tower in the Weeping Peninsula region to the south of Limgrave. The nearest Site of Grace to Oridy’s Rise is Morne Rampart. In order to gain access to this locked tower, you need to seek three wise beasts. This will be told to you by a nearby statue. After you acknowledge this, three ghost turtles will spawn nearby you. Defeat these three wise beasts and then enter into the tower. On the top of the tower, you will find the third Memory Stone.
Memory Stone 4 in Elden Ring – (Converted Tower)
You can find this tower to the west of Liurnia Lake and the Raya Lucaria Academy. It’s near the Minor Erdtree. On arriving at the tower, you will find a message: “erudition guide thee.” You will find a broken wall to the right of tower’s entrance. Climb onto the broken wall and jump into the tower. You will find a set of stairs that will take you to the top of the tower. Inside a chest located on the top of the tower, you will find this Memory Stone.
Memory Stone 5 in Elden Ring – (Tetsu’s Rise)
Located in the northern part of Liurnia Lake which is just north of the Raya Lucaria Academy. The Tower rests on it own island. Similar to Oridya’s Rise, you will have to take down three wise beasts. This time three spirit turtles spawn around the island. Kill the turtles and head to the top of the tower to find the Memory Stone in a chest.
Memory Stone 6 in Elden Ring– (Seluvis’s Rise)
This tower is situated in the northwest region of Liurnia of the Lakes. You should first fight with Royal Knight Loretta on your way through Caria Manor. After slaying him, you can access the rear of the manor where you will find the Seluvis’s Rise. Visit the witch Ranni nearby and agree to help her in order to open the locked-up tower. Ranni will introduce you to Inji and Seluvis. Then head to the top of the tower to find the Memory Stone inside a chest.
There are still a few more locations where you can find the Memory Stones. These are still unknown. We will be back with more updates about Elden Ring. Until then Happy Gaming!
