The latest update about one of the most renowned Sony exclusive games, ‘God of War,’ suggests that it might not be confined to PlayStations exclusively and make its way to Steam, giving incentives to PC gamers.
Discovery of ‘God of War’ by a Data Miner
A Medium user Habrahabr, who goes by the nickname IGHOR July was looking for prohibited games from the GeForce NOW cloud gaming service and found a hint of the appearance of one of the PlayStation exclusives on PC.
Surfing upon the Cloud Service, she found a trail of pirates that led to the unexpected discovery of the list of gaming applications. Notably, these applications are yet to be added to the game streaming services.
Other Games on the List Coming on Steam
Titles of some of the eminent PlayStation exclusives that were on the listing of Steam included games like, God of War, GTA 3 Remastered, Earth Defense Force 6, Demon Souls, Bloodborne, Ratchet & Clank, Sackboy: A Big Adventure, and Spider-Man.
There were also listings of other unheralded games that include Helldivers 2, Remaster of Alan Wake, and Uncharted Collection. It was pointing the location of the game to the Steam store but was nowhere found in Steam which further suggests the probable leak of the release of the games to Steam soon.
Official Announcements are Yet to be Made
However, we might have to take it with a pinch of salt as these are just assumptions made by gaming experts. Game developers have made no such official announcements regarding this. Right now, It is unknown if the GeForce Database Cloud Service is accurate when it comes to the release of games.
There might be a chance where the following listings might be based on sheer speculation. However, there has been a plethora of leaks, rumors, and reports suggesting the release of GTA 3 Remastered, Vice City, and San Andreas.
