There are a variety of water bodies for you to explore in Biomutant. Therefore, often you’ll find yourselves amidst them trying to reach a certain location. Googlide is a vehicle that helps you travel across these water bodies. The Googlide will prove to be of utmost importance in Biomutant. Here’s how you can get Googlide in Biomutant.
1. How to Get the Googlide in Biomutant
Unlike other equipment such as Helicopter Backpack, in Biomutant, you get to have the Googlide as part of the game’s main story. After taking down Jumbo Puff, Googlide is required to beat another boss, Porky Puff in Biomutant. Follow the steps below to obtain the Googlide in the game.
I. Find and Speak to Goop
You need to first talk to Goop to get the Googlide. In Biomutant, Goop can be found at Surfipelago, located just east of the Chugyard area. Once located, go and speak with Goop.
During the conversation, Goop will tell you he has the Googlide and will hand it over to you once you help him in getting it repaired. To repair the Googlide, you first have to bring some Skronk back to Goop.
II. Head to the Sewage Tunnel
Head over to the nearby Sewage Tunnel marked on your map. In the tunnel, you can find some Skronk to take back to Goop. Once in the tunnel, open the vault and head inside. There take the ladder and keep moving up ahead until you come across a yellow rope. Carefully, go across the yellow rope to the platform on the right side of the room.
III. Solve Rotation Puzzle
Soon, you’re going to come across the goo. To go past it you need to solve the rotation puzzle after interacting with the pipes. In Biomutant, you can solve the rotation puzzle by rotating the circular valve and matching the colors on them. Moreover, you have limited attempts to solve the rotation puzzle so make your moves count.
After lowering down the goo, go ahead and deal with the two enemies that are there. Post defeating them, equip your Klonkfist to smash through the marked wall.
IV. Solve Circuitboard Puzzle
Once past the wall, interact with the electric box on your left. You’ll then come across a new puzzle in the game, the circuitboard puzzle. In Biomutant, you can solve the circuitboard puzzle by turning all the lights green. Toggling one light will also toggle all the other lights. In the end, to solve circuitboard puzzle in Biomutant, you need to toggle all lights red and then toggle the middle light to make everything green.
V. Beat Huggle
After successfully solving the circuitboard puzzle, enter the gate and move up ahead using the yellow handholds on the wall. You’ll end up in an open room with a new enemy named Huggle. In his arsenal, he has a tail whip attack along with the ability to duck into a ball and attack you.
You can quickly beat Huggle in Biomutant, using any high damage weapon like the Pri Murgel Sword. Once dealt with, collect Dandycandy as your reward.
VI. Beat Guerilla Miniboss
Once you beat Huggle, progress further in the game to encounter another bunch of enemies. The enemies include the miniboss, Guerilla, and two scavenger enemies alongside him. Before dealing with them, take care of the turret located at the end of the room.
Guerilla is pretty easy to take down. In Biomutant, you can easily beat Guerilla by first taking down the other two scavenger enemies, and then focusing your gunplay on him. Guerilla doesn’t have many abilities to attack you. He will attack you by throwing a large piece of ground towards you. You can easily dodge the attack by dashing left or right.
Later, the Guerilla will also attack you with his porcelain throne. Lucky for you, he’s slow at it and isn’t quite a threat to you. Beating Guerilla will reward you with Confectilicious. Search nearby for a wreckbox and loot Endfin and a Skrupburst, which will later help you upgrade your googlide.
Go past the nearby doorway and you’ll find a shortcut back to Goop after solving the Rotation puzzle. Speak with Goop and he’ll reward you with Googlide.
It is fairly easy to get Googlide in Biomutant. You can easily get the Googlide by finding goop, heading towards the sewage tunnel, solving the rotation and circuitboard puzzles, and finally beating Huggle and Guerilla in Biomutant.
Now that you’ve obtained the Googlide in Biomutant, have fun traveling across water bodies. Happy Gaming!
