Ice damage is the most effective way to handle Ribula and all these enemies in skeleton form. The damage slows Ribula down and makes it easier for you hit him. As his health dwindles, other skeletons will begin to spawn. Take them down. But not all of them but the as per the required number. If you ever get down, you can kill one of these spawning skeletons to give you a death save.
