Who is the Banshee in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands and what are her attack patterns?

Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands features a lot of dangerous foes, among which is the dreadful Banshee. It is a terrifying undead creature; The Banshee poses a major threat to players who are attempting to progress the main story. The Banshee is one-time love of the Dragon Lord.

It is a deadly foe who uses her scream attacks and various electrical projectiles to strike at the Fatemaker that is the player.

Where can one find the Banshee in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands?

Players can find him while trying to progress in the main story. You have to progress through most of Chapter 4, near the end of the quest “Thy Bard, with a Vengeance.”  They will have to fight him once they reach the depths of the Weepwild Darkness. The Banshee will be protecting the heart of the forest. The Banshee has Bardbarian Torgue as the alley. You will meet them on a quest to save the heart of the forest.

Upon arriving at the heart of the forest, you will find the heart corrupted, and your path blocked by the Banshee.

What is the best way to take the Banshee down?

The Banshee alternates between two different phases throughout the fight. In the first phase, she floats around the arena attacking the players with electrical spells. The electrical spells will be hurling from behind her. The best way to avoid these attacks is by sticking to the edges of the arena; using tree roots and branches as cover, and staying on the move if you find no cover nearby. I suggest you attack when the Banshee is in the first phase of her attacks. It is because this is the phase when damaging her is easiest, as she takes breaks between her attacks and these breaks are the times when it is easy to attack.

In the second phase, she flies to the far end of the arena and begins to gather energy for a scream. A poisonous fog will enshroud the edges of the arena during this period. Because of the poisonous fog, you are forced to move to the center, and her skull minions will start respawning. After gathering the energy, the Banshee will unleash horizontal scream attacks that pass through the center of the arena. The attacks alter randomly between low and high attacks.

Players can find objects flying around her and can know her next attack; if the objects are above her head, then it is going to be a high attack else a low range attack. I suggest you be defensive during the second phase. You should be crouching to avoid the high attack and should be jumping to avoid the low attack.

Few other things you need to have your eye on while defeating the Banshee in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands:

You should even be cautious about Banshee’s minions which will be obstructing you from escaping from her attacks. Keep destroying the minions to collect the ammo they drop and health potions to regain lost health. Use these ammo and health potions perfectly to have a great fight.

For those who are in the Save the Soul mode, I suggest you to keep a few minions alive.

You will get the leveled loot for defeating the Banshee along with a reasonably good chunk of EXP, making her useful for farming items, gold, and experience.
