1. Three Tiers for PS Plus Introduced by Sony
Sony released the new PS Plus on June 13,2022. They introduced three new tiers which has their own benefits and best playable games:
- PlayStation Plus Essential ($9.99/month): In PS Plus Essential, there are no changes if you compare it to the old PS Plus. It gives a subscription which includes online access, monthly free games, and discounts.
- PlayStation Plus Extra ($14.99/month): In PS Plus Extra, subscribers get more benefits and get access to the best PS4 and PS5 games.
- PlayStation Plus Premium ($17.99/month): PS Plus Premium includes benefits of both PS Plus Essential and PS Plus Extra and even has benefits of its own. You get access to a library of classic games (PS3, PS2, PSP, and PS1), trials, and cloud streaming in certain regions.

This game is the twelfth major installment of the Franchise, the game was released in 2020 and created a buzz amongst the players. It is an action RPG game set in 872–878 AD, the main character in the game is Eivor, a Viking raider fighting for peace and order among the Assassin Brotherhood.
The game is available on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Series S, Stadia, and PlayStation 5.
#3 Marvel’s Spider-Man
Another famous name on the list is Marvel’s Spider-Man. It was released in the year 2018 for PS4 and also came out on PS5 this year. This game is a contender for the best Superhero game of all time. The next game on our list is my personal favorite game, God Of War. God Of War is a game based on Greek Mythology, and it is the eighth game of the franchise. This game is very popular since the first God Of War game came out on PS2.
In this game, it is a little different compared to the other God Of War games. Kratos is living with his son Atrius after his wife dies, her last wish was that her ashes to scattered from the highest peak of the nine realms. They both go out on a journey through the nine realms facing new challenges and monster throughout.
#1 Stray
Number 1 on our best games for PS Plus is the game Stray. The game was released in July 2022, and is already said to be the game of the year. It is a Third-Person Adventurous game, where you play as a stray cat, who’s separated from its family and is trying to untangle a mystery to escape the cybercity and find its way home. You solve many interesting quests, and Puzzles as the story progresses.
